镇痛仪联合曲马多及心理护理用于分娩镇痛的效果观察

Effects on Delivery Analgesia in Parturients by Using Analgesic Apparatus Combined With Qumaduo and Psychological Nursing

为探讨韩式神经电刺激镇痛仪 (HANS)联合曲马多与心理护理在分娩镇痛中的作用 ,将产程进入活跃期的 12 0例孕妇随机分为 4组。A组使用 HANS加肌肉注射曲马多及心理护理 ;B组肌肉注射曲马多加心理护理 ;C组为空白对照组 ;D组给予单纯心理护理。采用视觉模拟评分法 (VAS)及疼痛分级法观察 4组病人镇痛效果 ,并观察镇痛对产程的影响。结果 :A组镇痛效果明显优于其他 3组 ,产程 4组之间差异无显著性。提示 。

To explore the effects on delivery analgesia of Han Analgesic Neurological Stimulation apparatus (HANS) combined with Qumaduo and psychological nursing, 120 parturients who were already in active stage of delivery were divided into 4 groups randomly. Parturients in group A used HANS plus Qumaduo intramuscular injection and psychological nursing. Parturient in Group B were given Qumaduo intramuscular injection plus psychological nursing. Parturients in group C were as control,and parturients of group D were simply given psychological nursing. The analgesic effects of all 4 groups of parturients were observed by using visual analogue scoring (VAS) and pain grading method. The impact of analgesia on stages of labor in all parturients was also observed. Results showed that analgesic effect of parturients in group A was superior to that of the other 3 groups.But in terms of the stage of labor, there were no differences among the 4 groups. Suggested that HANS combined with Qumaduo and psychological nursing is the most effective method for delivery analgesia.
