辽宁省农业面源污染现状及管控措施

Current Situation and Management Measures for Agricultural Non-point Source Pollution in Liaoning Province

随着我国农业经济的不断发展,农业面源污染问题日益严重。在对辽宁省农业面源污染的3种典型类型进行分析的基础上,了解其污染现状。针对农业面源污染的种种特点,对可能产生的环境影响进行了阐述。为了能安全有效地治理农业面源污染,从政策法规、调整农业经济结构方式、经济鼓励、技术研发以及环保理念宣传5个方面,探索并提出了农业面源污染管理与控制的方法。

Accompanied with the continuous development of agricultural economy,the problems ot agricultural non-point source pollution are increasing seriously.On the basis of research on three typical types of agricultural non-point source pollution in Liaoning Province, the current pollution situations could be cognized. According to the kinds of characteristics of agricultural non-point source pollution,envirunmental impacts that could be caused by problems of possible agricultural non-point source pollution were described. In order to control the agricultural non-point source pollution safely and effectively, it explored and proposed the management measures and control methods for agricultural non-point source pollution from five aspects ,such as the policies and regulations,the adjustment of agricultural economic structure,economic encouragement,technical research and development of dissemination on the concept of environmental protection.
