摘要
应用直接竞争酶联免疫吸附技术,建立了一种快速检测蔬菜中阿维菌素残留的方法,并对其技术性能进行了评价。结果表明院该方法的IC50浮动范围、对蔬菜的检测限分别为3.9-6.0、5.0μg/kg;样本添加回收率、变异系数分别为74.8%-105.6%、7.5%-13.2%。通过交叉反应试验表明,本方法还可用于测定蔬菜中埃普菌素和伊维菌素的残留量。
A rapid method for detection of abamectin residues in vegetables was established based on direct competitive enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA).The results showed that the IC50 was 3.9-6.0 μg/L, and the detection limit for vegetables was 5.0 μg/kg.Sample recoveries were 74.8% 105.6% and the coefficients of variation were 7.5%-13.2%.The result of cross reaction experiment showed that the method also could be used to detect ivermectin and aibimeetin in vegetables.
