基于跨学科协同治理下的美好乡村建设研究——以金寨县双河村为例

Research on Governance Under the Beautiful Rural Planning Method Based on Cross Discipline:Taking Shuanghe Village of Jinzhai County for Example

随着经济社会的转型发展,我国的城乡空间进入了加速重构的阶段,城镇化过程中的乡村发展备受关注。从金寨县双河镇双河村整治规划编制过程中的所见所思入手,探索乡村发展的新思路。即在美好乡村规划的编制过程中,不仅要了解当地村民和干部的实际要求,同时针对美好乡村建设的系统性和复杂性,在建筑、景观、环境整治与水环境治理上加强与空间规划的协调性,确保空间规划的有效实施。

With the transformation of economic and social development, China＇ s urban and rural spatial enter the accelerated reconstruction phase, much attention has been paid to rural development in the process of urbanization. From the see and think of Shuanghe Village of Shuanghe Town in Jinzhai County in the renovation planning process, new ideas for rural development were explored. In the beautiful village planning process,it not only need to understand the actual requirements of local villagers and cadres ,and according to the systemic and complexity of the construction of beautiful countryside, but also strengthen coordination with spatial planning in architecture, landscape, environmental regulation and water environment governance, in order to ensure the effective implementation of space planning.
