摘要 为探讨有效的带教质量控制方法 ,提高临床护理教学质量及护生的综合能力 ,采用随机对照试验方法 ,试验组实施“专人带教”、“程序带教”与培养护生整体护理综合能力融为一体的带教方案 ,对带教质量进行质控。对照组采用传统带教方案。结果 :护生整体护理综合能力 ,试验组明显高于对照组(P<0 .0 0 1) ,病人对护理质量的满意率 ,试验组高于对照组 (P<0 .0 0 1)。护生对带教质量的评价 ,试验组老师得分明显高于对照组(P<0 .0 0 1)。 To explore an effective method of teaching quality control, to enhance both the clinical nursing teaching quality and the comprehensive ability of nursing students, random and control method was adopted. Nursing students in test group were carried out the teaching plan of 'special person teaching' and'procedure teaching' combined with fostering students to have holistic nursing comprehensive ability. At the same time the quality control of teaching was also carried out. Nursing students in control group were adopted traditional teaching program. Results showed that the comprehensive holistic nursing ability of nursing students in test group was significantly higherthan that incontrol group (P<0.001). The degree of satisfaction of patients to nursing quality in testgroup was alsoremarkably higher than that in control group (P<0.001). The evaluation scores on teaching quality of teachers gained from nursing students in test group were significantly higher than that in control group (P<0.001). It is indicated that carrying out teaching quality control in holistic nursing target teaching may enhance the comprehensive holistic nursing ability of nursing students.
