建设项目交通影响评价研究

建设项目交通影响评价对城市开发建设的合理化、土地开发利用与交通的协调发展起到的作用越来越明显。本文就重庆市北部新区约克郡小区建设项目,结合相关项目资料,首先运用Trans CAD结合传统的四阶段预测法对项目周边路网现状交通运行情况做了评价,再将项目产生的交通量叠加至周边路网上,重新评价了相关路网的交通情况以及重点交叉口的服务水平等级,并根据《建设项目交通影响评价技术标准CJJT141-2001》中对服务水平变化的规定,分析了该项目对周边路网的影响程度,并提出了一些相应的改善措施。

The traffic impact assessment of construction projects is up to the more obvious for city development and construction of rational land utilization and coordinated development of transport. The article researches the Chongqing new North Yorkshire area construction projects, and combines with the relevant project information, first uses the Trans CAD with the traditional four stage method and does the evaluation on the surrounding road network traffic situation and operation situation, then the volume of traffic generated by the project superimposes to the surrounding road network, reevaluation of traffic network and level of service of related key intersection. According to the rules of ”construction project traffic impact evaluation technical standard ”on service levels, analysis of the influence of the project on the surrounding road network, and puts forward some corresponding improving measures.
