高职学生专业实践能力的培养研究

高职院校的人才培养目标是专门技术型人才的培养,而目前高职院校毕业生的综合素质和实践能力,与用人单位的需求之前存在着较大的差距。本文就高职学生专业实践能力培养过程中,学生学习状况、教学内容与方法、实训条件、评价方式、师资等方面存在的不足进行了分析,并提出对策。

The target of talent training in higher vocational colleges is to cultivate the specialized technical personnel, and the comprehensive quality and practical ability of the graduates in higher vocational colleges have a large gap with the requirements of the employing units. In this paper, we analyze the deficiencies of students＇learning situation, teaching contents and methods, training conditions, evaluation methods, the teachers and so on,and countermeasures are put forward.
