摘要
信息化人力资源是医院信息化建设的第一资源,随着新一轮"医改"的启动,医院信息化人力资源管理凸显薄弱。为改善现状,实现医院信息化人力资源管理建设目标,本文从如何建设信息化人才队伍,重构薪酬系统进行绩效考核,紧密结合医院文化体系建设等方面,综合阐述了信息化人力资源管理的方法和思路,以期实现医院信息建设的飞跃发展。
As the foremost resource of the information-based HR resources of a hospital, the information-based HR management has been made to become more and more insufficient by the launch of a new round of health care reform. With a purpose to improve the current situation and realize the information-based HR management goal, this paper puts forward methods and ideas concerning the management of the information-based HR resources in a hospital from such aspects as the way to build an information talent team, redesigning the compensation system to better the performance appraisal and the need to take into account the hospital's cultural system in the process of managing HR resources.
