摘要 造血干细胞具有自我更新和多向分化的潜能,能够发育为血液系统和免疫系统。3D支架能模拟体内骨髓微环境,现就3D支架在造血干细胞体外培养体系中的研究进展予以综述。 Hematopoietic stem cells (HSCs) have both self-renewal and differentiation potential and could be differentiated into blood and immune systems. 3 d scaffolds can simulate the bone marrow microenvironment in vivo, therefore, here is to make a review on the 3D scaffold Advances in the Expansion of Hematopoietic Stem Cells in vitro.
