大学英语教师的课堂教学行为探究

摘要 提高大学英语教师课堂行为的有效性是一个关系到外语教学效果的不可忽视的问题,需要教师在专业知识、教学理念、综合素质、实践活动等多方面不断地学习和实践。本文通过对某些大学英语课堂进行实地考察,指出并分析了大学英语教师在课堂行为方面存在的若干问题,并且提出了一些可行的改进建议。外语教师若对影响课堂教学效果的诸多因素能高度重视,不断调整自己的教学理念,改进课堂教学行为,学生的课堂学习效果势必会得到改进,其学习效率也会得到促进和提高。
