以当前社会价值观引导大众对职业教育培养目标重新认识,纠正传统认识偏差。重点针对观念改进,建立科学职教体系,政府立法规范企业用人准入与岗位资质对应三方面论述,提出进一步增强职业教育吸引力建议与对策。
