联合国女性电信战略的成效及其面临的问题

Achievements of UN Female Telecommunication Strategy and Existing Problems

电信技术的发展全方位地推动了人类社会的进步。作为全球性的以推动人类共同进步为己任的联合国,在目睹了电信业给人类社会发展带来多方面进步的同时,逐渐认识到电信业在提高妇女地位、实现男女平等方面亦扮演着至关重要的角色。联合国在维护女性权利的过程中,开始将目光投向电信领域并取得了一定的成效:一方面维护她们平等享有电信技术发展的权利,另一方面则通过提高女性参与电信业的意识,发挥女性创造力,共同推动人类社会电信事业的发展。

The human society is comprehesively promoted by the development of telecommunication technology. The United Unions, aiming at promoting common progress of the whole human community, whiling witnessing the benefits to the human society brought about by the telecommunication industry, has gradually realized the role played by the telecommunication industry in achieving gender equality. The UN has made certain progress in shifting its focus on the telecommunication industry in the process of maintaining female rights activities of on one hand maintaining female rights on enjoying the development of the telecommunication technology, and on the other hand exploring female creativity through enlarging female participation in the telecommunication industry to co-drive the developments of the human telecommunication industry.
