This paper discusses the prevention and treatment of cardiac and cerebral diseases from the perspective of phlegm and bloodstasis. Phlegm and bloodstasis stasis is closely related to the initiation, development and recun＇ency of cardiac and cerebral diseases, thus, preventing and curing the cardiac and cerebral diseases from the perspective of phlegm and bloodstasis is a better breakthrough point, and it has superiority and characteristic ; at the same time, it can also provide a new thinking and method for the prevention, cure and recovery of cardiac and cerebral diseases.
