青岛崂山沙子口地区2014年眼外伤分布情况 被引量:1

The distribution of ocular truma in Laoshan Shazikou region of Qingdao

摘要 目的分析我院门诊收治的眼外伤患者分布情况及地区性眼外伤的特点。方法整理2014年度我科门诊收治的所有眼外伤患者,对患者按性别、致伤原因进行分类,观察眼外伤的分布特点。结果患者总数366例(373眼),男342例(348眼),女24例(25眼),男性显著多于女性。患者年龄分布8~74岁,平均(40.07±12.45)岁,其中21~60岁年龄段患者人数325例,占总患者人数的88.80%。根据伤情分类,眼外伤以角膜损伤最多,共313例,占总外伤患者的85.52%。其次为眼挫伤(29例,占7.92%)、结膜损伤(13例,占3.55%)、眼睑软组织挫裂伤(9例,占2.46%)及泪道损伤(2例,占0.55%)。在角膜损伤中以外源性角膜异物伤最多,共277例,占角膜损伤患者的88.50%。结论眼表损伤在本地区占比例较大,需要加大宣教力度,增强特殊职业人员的自我防护意识,降低眼外伤的发生率。 Objective To analyse the distribution of ocular trauma patients treated in our outpatient and the regional characteristics of ocular trauma. Methods All trauma patients admitted in our outpatient department in 2014 were collected. According to gender and causes the patients were divided. The distribution characteristics of ocular trauma were observed. Results Three hundred and seventy-three eyes of 366 patients were in our outpatient. Three hundred and forty-two cases were male (348 eyes) and 24 cases (25 eyes) were female. The age distribution of all patients was from 8 to 74 years old, and the average age was (40.07±12.45 ) years old. There were 325 cases aged from 21 to 60 years old accounting for 88.80% of the total number of patients. According to the classification of injury causes the cornea injury was the most with a total of 313 cases which accounted for 85.52% of the total patients, followed by ocular blunt injury (29 cases, 7.92% ), conjunctival injury (13 cases, 3.55% ), eyelid tissue contusion (9 cases, 2.46% ) and lacrimal duct injury (2 cases, 0.55% ). A total of 277 cases (88.50%) were corneal foreign bodies injury. Conclusion Ocular surface damage is the most ocular trauma in this region. Propaganda, education, and self-protection should be strengthened to reduce the incidence of ocular trauma.
