角膜深层异物顶推摘出分析

Study of the deep corneal foreign body removal by pushing

目的探讨角膜深层异物前房内顶推摘出法及其效果。方法手术在手术显微镜下进行。作角膜缘切开入前房，用黏弹剂注射针头伸入前房，适量注入黏弹剂，用针头端顶推异物尖端，使异物从角膜伤口被挤出，然后用显微镊夹出。结果28例异物顺利从角膜面伤口摘出，无手术并发症。结论该手术始终在前房存在的状态下进行，且异物从原伤道摘出，因而并发症少，操作简单，为摘出角膜深层异物增加新的方法。

Objective To investigate the method and its efficacy of removing the deep corneal foreign body by pushing it from the anterior chamber. Methods Under the microscope, the anterior chamber was incised with a viscoelastic needle and a properly amount of viscoelastic was injected into anterior chamber. The foreign body was dislodged by the needle tip, and extruded from the corneal wound, and then was moved it by a microforceps. Results In 28 patients , the deep corneal foreign bodies were removed successfully from corneal wound. No complication happened during the surgery. Conclusion removing the deep corneal foreign body from corneal wound under good presence of anterior chamber is simple effective method with fewer complication.
