眼鼻窦复合伤的治疗体会

The experience on the treatment of compound injury of eye and nasal sinus

目的探讨眼鼻窦复合伤的治疗方法和效果。方法回顾总结我科收治的30例（30眼）眼鼻窦复合伤治疗经过和愈后情况。结果本组30例，经多科协作联合手术治疗：治愈24例，占80．00％；好转6例，占20．00％。结论眼鼻窦复合伤是跨多学科损伤，多科协作早期清创、止血、引流、骨折复位及伤口修复，同时密切观察处理颅脑损伤及全身状况，应用抗生素预防感染，积极预防治疗并发症，才能达到较好的治疗效果。

Objective To investigate the treatment method and effect of compound injury of eye and nasal sinus. Methods The treatment and healing results of 30 eyes of 30 cases with compound injury of eye and nasal sinus admitted to our department were reviewed and summarized. Results There were 30 cases in the group and after the multi-disciplinary collaboration operation treatment： 24 patients were healed （80. 00% ） and 6 patients improved （ 20.00% ）. Conclusion Combined injury of eye and nasal sinus is a multi-disciplinary injury, and the co-operation of early debfidement, hemostasis, drainage, reduction of fracture and wound repair are necessary. Meanwhile closely observing and treating the craniocerebral injury and systemic conditions, applying antibiotics to prevent infection, actively preventing and treating complications can achieve good therapeutic effects.
