交错并联磁集成BDC通道控制下耦合电感研究 被引量:3

摘要 为确保交错并联磁集成双向直流变化器(BDC)在全负载范围内可高效运行,将耦合电感及通道控制同时应用到变换器中。在采用3通道交错并联磁集成BDC的基础上,对不同通道数下电感耦合系数进行分析,得出满足不同通道数导通时耦合电感耦合系数的取值范围,进一步通过对变换器的稳态相电流纹波和暂态总输出电流响应速度进行分析,确定耦合系数的取值。最后,设计满足变换器通道控制的耦合电感,并绘出通道控制的效率曲线。 In order to ensure interleaving magnetic integration of bidirectional DC/DC converter (BDC) work in high efficiency in the whole load range, coupled induetors and phase control methods are applied to converter.Based on 3- phase interleaving magnetic integration of BDC, the coupling coefficient under different phase number is analysed, the rang of coupling coefficient value can be received.By the further analysis of the steady state phase current ripple and the transient output current response speed in the converter,the coupling coefficients is given.At last,the coupling inductors which satisfied Buck converter phase control are designed, and efficiency curve of phase control is drawn.
