收获期对盘锦稻区主栽品种稻米品质的影响

Studies on Panjin Rice Varieties Affect the Quality of Rice Harvest Stage

以盘锦稻区主栽品种盐丰47、盐粳228及盐粳939为试材,于2013~2014两生产季进行不同收获期（10月1日、10月6日及10月10日）稻米品质测定,分析上述品种最佳品质收获期。结果表明：加工品质在不同收获时期存在一定差异,但未达到显著水平;垩白性状及食味值不同收获期差异达到显著水平;10月6日收获其各项稻米品质综合表现较好,可为盘锦稻区主栽品种适时收获提供一定理论指导。
