氟斑牙固定矫治中菌斑指数、牙龈指数及龈沟出血指数的研究 被引量:29

Analysis on PLI,GI and SBI in dental fluorosis during orthodontic treatment

摘要 目的观察氟斑牙青少年在固定矫治过程中菌斑指数(PLI)、龈沟出血指数(SBI)和牙龈指数(GI)的变化及相关性。方法选50例青少年正畸患者,按照氟斑牙指数分为轻、中、重及对照组4组,于正畸治疗的第3、6、9个月时对16、21、24、36、41、44,6个牙位进行牙周探诊与菌斑视诊,记录PLI、SBI及GI值,采用SPSS13.0软件对结果进行方差齐性检验及方差分析。结果在矫治3个月时,重度氟斑牙组的SBI值高于其余各组(P<0.05),在矫治6个月时,4组的PLI、SBI及GI值均有差异(P<0.01),在矫治9个月时重度氟斑牙的GI及SBI值显著高于其余各组(P<0.01)。结论氟斑牙可抑制矫治过程中菌斑的沉积,但可促进牙龈炎的发生,在矫治的早期,重度氟斑牙患者可出现牙龈炎。 Objectives To study PLI,GI,SBI in adolescents' dental flurosis during orthodontic treatment. Methods Fifty adolescents were divided into four groups according to the severity of fluorosis using the Dean's index. Gingival index( GI),sulcusbleeding index( SBI),and plaque indexes( PLI). Periodontal probing and dental plaque visual examination on 16,21,24,36,41,44 and 6 tooth positions were conducted after treatment of three,six and nine months. The SPSS13.0 software was employed to analyze the homogeneity test for variance. Results It is found that there were significant higher SBI values in severe dental flurosis after three months( P〈0.05). Significant difference were found in PLI,SBI and GI values after six months( P〈0.01).In the severe dental flurosis group,the GI and SBI values were statistically significant higher than that of control group after nine months( P〈0.01). Conclusion It was found that dental flurosis has inhibiting effect on dental plaque deposition during orthodontic treatment but can promote the occurrence of gingivitis and the gingivitis cases can appear in the early treatment.
