马钢宪法是苏联以优先发展重工业为工业化方针探索工业管理道路过程中形成的管理模式。其形塑的逻辑有两条:一条是以意识形态和马克思管理两重性原理为指导,以法律为保证推进泰罗制和福特制在马格尼托格尔斯克钢铁工厂的实施构成了其实践逻辑;另一条是实现与计划经济一体两面的科层制和卡里斯玛领袖列宁、斯大林权威调和以实现对时间的有效控制的协同逻辑。两条逻辑相互作用构成了马钢宪法以一长制、专家治厂、科层管理、经济核算和劳动竞赛等为主要内容的发生学境域。
