摘要
目的检测Kif2a,β-catenin,MMP-1在妊娠高血压患者胎盘组织中的表达,并探讨其与妊娠期高血压的关系。方法选取妊娠期高血压患者28例、子痫前期27例、正常妊娠27例胎盘组织标本,采用免疫组化检测Kif2a,β-catenin,MMP-1的表达情况。结果免疫组化显示妊娠期高血压和子痫前期患者胎盘组织中Kif2a,β-cateni,MMP-1的表达明显低于正常妊娠组(P<0.05),且3个指标在子痫前期组胎盘组织中表达低于妊娠高血压病组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在妊娠期高血压组中,Kif2a与β-catenin的表达之间呈显著正相关(r=-0.392,P=0.005);β-catenin与MMP-1的表达之间呈显著正相关(r=-0.349,P=0.008);Kif2a与MMP-1的表达之间呈显著正相关(r=-0.367,P=0.004)。结论妊娠期高血压病人胎盘Kif2a,β-catenin,MMP-1表达均明显减少,推测三者可能协同参与了妊娠期高血压的发病过程。
Objective To test the expression of Kif2a,β-catenin and MMP-1in the human placenta of pregnancy induced hyper-tension syndrome(PIH) patients,and discuss its relationship with PIH.Methods The 28 cases of PIH,27 cases of pre-eclampsia and 27 placental tissue specimen of normal pregnancy were selected ,and adopt immunohistochemistry to test the expression of Kif 2a,β-catenin and MMP-1.Results The immunohistochemistry indicates that the expression of Kif 2a,β-catenin and MMP-1 in the human placenta of PIH and pre-eclampsia patients isevidently under the group of normal pregnancy (P〈0.05).The three index in human placenta cases are lower than in the PIH cases.The difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05).In the group of PIH,the expression of Kif2a and β-catenin has the significant positive correlation(r=-0.392,P=0.005);the expression of β-catenin and MMP-1 has the significant positive correlation (r=-0.349,P=0.008);the expression of Kif2a and MMP-1 has the significant positive correlation (r=-0.367,P=0.004).Conclusion The expression of Kif2a,β-catenin and MMP-1 in the human placenta of PIH patients are significantly reduced .Speculated that Kif2a,β-cate-nin and MMP-1 probably participate in the happening of PIH .
