管理类本科专业研究型教学情况调查与分析

Investigation and Analysis of Research Teaching for Undergraduate Management Major

以山西财经大学管理类本科专业学生为调查对象,对研究型教学情况进行调查与分析,为后续研究型教学的研究与实施奠定基础。结果表明,山西财大在教育教学方法的改革上做了很多工作,但在"教师与学生的互动交流"、"培养学生的主动探索精神"、"对学生的课外实践指导"等方面仍需下更大功夫。为满足社会对管理类本科专业人才的需求,在全校建立一整套完善的研究型教学体系是非常有必要的。

This paper takes the undergraduate students of Shanxi University of Finance and Economics as the research object, to lay the foundation for the research and implementation of the following research teaching. The results show, although has done some work in the teaching method reform, Shanxi University of Finance and Economics still need to work hard in ＂interaction between teachers and students＂, ＂cultivation of students＂ initiative spirit＂,＂guidance for students＂ extracurricular practice＂ and so on. To meet the needs of the society for professional undergraduate management talents, it is necessary to establish a set of perfect research teaching system in the whole school.
