先天性甲状舌管瘘1例
摘要
临床约1/3~1/4的甲状舌管囊肿患者因囊肿自发破溃或感染切开引流而形成颈部皮下和舌底相通的窦道或瘘管,往往误诊为先天性甲状舌管瘘,临床真正的先天性甲状舌管瘘少有报道[1]。现将我科近期收治的1例先天性甲状舌管瘘患者报道如下。
