植入扭矩对种植体骨结合影响的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 口腔种植修复是当前与人天然牙列最为接近的修复方式.骨内种植体与牙槽骨牢固的骨结合提供了义齿修复所需要的支持、固位和稳定[1].初期稳定性在种植体骨结合形成的过程中发挥了至关重要的作用,研究表明种植体微动>50~150 μm时即可能导致不良后果[2].影响种植体初期稳定性的因素主要有骨质、骨-种植体界面、种植体几何外形以及种植体窝洞预备方法等[3].
