Collaborative courses construction between universities and enterprises is an important part for enterprises to participate in cultivating excellent engineers,and have a direct impact on the cultivation quality of the excellent engineers.In order to improve the quality of courses construction,this paper analyzes some prominent problems in collaborative courses construction between universities and enterprises,and puts forward the corresponding solutions from different aspects.
