食品安全与药物分析课程应用研究型教学模式的探索与实践

食品安全与药物分析是我校应用化学专业的专业选修课,为了适应新时期食品与药物的安全形势要求,培养一批技术水平过硬、道德法律意识较强的专业人才,我们教研组对课程的教学内容、教学方法及成绩评定等方面进行了改革,实践了应用研究型教学模式,引导学生将理论与实践相结合,激发了学生的学习兴趣,增强了学生解决专业实际问题的意识和能力,完善了教学考核评定体系,教改取得了一定的成效。

＂ Food security and pharmaceutical analysis＂ is a professional selective course of applied chemistry specialty.In order to adapt to the requirements of food and pharmaceutical security in the new era,it is necessary to cultivate a batch of professional talents with excellent technical competence and strong consciousness of morality and law.Application-research teaching pattern is performed by the reform of course content,teaching method and assessment method in our teaching and research group,which leading students to combine theory with practice,stimulating students＇ interest in learning,enhancing students＇ consciousness and ability to solve the professional practical problems,and improving the assessment and evaluation system of teaching.Great effects are achieved by the teaching reform.
