中西医结合治疗卵巢早衰54例

Therapy of Integrated Medicine in the Treatment of Premature Ovarian Failure for 54 Cases

目的探讨卵巢早衰（POF）的临床治疗效果,以及有生育要求的患者促排卵治疗后妊娠率的情况。方法对我院2012年1月—2014年12月收治的54例POF患者,经阴道B超检查,血清性激素六项测定及临床症状确诊后,给予激素补充（HRT）治疗和中药调理,有生育要求者,自然月经恢复2-3月后给予HRT及促排卵治疗。结果 HRT治疗配合中药调理54例患者均有月经来潮,其中治愈15例,占27.8%;有效16例,占29.6%;无效23例,占42.6%。且均在用药1个疗程后,患者雌激素缺乏症状明显好转。27例有生育要求的患者,在恢复自然月经后,经HRT和促排卵治疗及中药调理后,19例有排卵,6例妊娠（妊娠率为11.11%）。结论 POF患者若尽早诊断、用HRT尽早治疗,不但可以改善低雌激素症状及预防并发症,同时配合中药调理,部分POF患者卵巢可以恢复排卵并获得妊娠机会。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of ovulation induction with HRT and Chinese medicine in patients with premature ovarian failure（POF） wishing to become pregnant. Methods In our hospital between January 2012 and December 2014, a total of 54 POF patients were treated with Hormone Replacement Therapy Chinese medicine treatment after diagnosis of POF based on the results of trans vaginal ultrasound and serum sex hormone levels. The POF patients wanting to become pregnant were treated with Hormone Re-placement Therapy Chinese medicine treatment after 2-3 months of normal menstruation. Results Of the total of 54 POF patients treated with Hormone Replacement Therapy Chinese medicine treatment： 54 patients had menstruation restored, and the symptoms of low estrogen alleviated. 15 cases were cured, accounting for 27.8 %. 16 cases were effective, accounting for 29.6%. 23 cases were invalid,accounting for 42.6%. 19 cases ovulation was restorde, 6 cases became pregnant（pregnancy rate was 11.11 %）. Conclusion If POF patients were diagnosed early and treated with HRT in conjunction with Chinese medicin, the symptoms of low estrogen can be alleviated,and complications reduced. As well, some POF patients can resume ovulation and pregnancy opportunity.
