名老中医是当代中医临床和科技水平的优秀代表,名老中医的经验是中医药学的宝贵财富和重要组成部分,传承及发展名中医经验具有重要的历史和现实意义,尤其是作为学术经验载体的临证经验。本文主要从临证经验研究现状出发,基于"真实世界研究"的理念及方法,主要对名老中医临证经验的传承与发展进行思考。

Veteran doctors of TCM are the excellent respects of the leval of clinical and technology of TCM. Their experience is the precious treasure and important part of TCM. Inheriting and developing the TCM experience has important historical and practical significance, especially as the clinical experience of the academic experience. In this article we would talk about the inheritance and development of the clinical experience of veteran doctors of TCM from the present situation of the clinical experience base on the concept and methods of real word research.
