《中医基础理论》病因分析教学的探索实践

摘要 目的为提高《中医基础理论》病因病案分析讨论课的课堂教学效果,圆满完成课堂教学任务。方法从"提炼、明确、强化病因病案分析的目的,结合不同病因的性质和致病特点及其致病的临床表现分析症状体征以推求病因"入手进行病因病案分析讨论。结果圆满完成了"病因病案分析讨论"课的课堂教学任务。结论只要明确《中医基础理论》病因病案分析讨论课的教学目标,教会学生正确的中医思维方法,引导得当,就能圆满完成课堂教学任务。 Objective To improve the teaching effect of analysis on the pathogeny and medical record of Basic Theory of Traditional Chi-nese Medicine, and to complete the classroom teaching. Methods From "refined, clear, strengthen analysis on the pathogeny and medical record, combined with the clinical manifestations of different causes of nature and pathogenic characteristics and pathogenic analysis of symptoms and signs to inquire into the cause of cause medical records were analyzed and discussed. Results The teaching tasks of the course of "analysis on the pathogeny and medical record discussion" were completed successfully. Conclusion As long as knowing the teaching aims of Basic Theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine to discuss the cause of medical record analysis and discussion of the teach-ing objectives, teaching students the correct way of thinking, and guiding properly, the teaching would be able to successfully complete.
