中药保留灌肠治疗慢性盆腔炎的护理分析

Nursing analysis of TCM retention enema in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease

目的探讨和研究中医保留灌肠治疗慢性盆腔炎的护理方法及其效果。方法选取收治的诊断为慢性盆腔炎患者76例,将其随机分为对照组38例,观察组38例,分别给予对照组常规抗感染治疗,给予观察组常规抗感染治疗基础上的保留灌肠治疗并结合相关护理方法,对两组患者疗效进行分析、评价,并对相关数据进行统计学分析。结果对照组与观察组相比,观察组治愈率、好转率均高于对照组,对照组与观察组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药保留灌肠配合以完善、精心的护理对治疗慢性盆腔炎效果显著,值得在临床上进一步推广、应用。

Objective To explore and study the nursing method and effect of TCM retention enema in the treatment of chronic pelvic in-flammatory disease. Methods Selecting 76 cases of patients who were diagnosed as chronic pelvic inflammatory disease in our hospital,they were randomly divided into control group and observation group, and each group had 38 cases. The control group was given routine anti-infection treatment. The observation group received routine anti-infection treatment based on retention enema therapy combined with nursing method. The therapeutic effect of two groups was analyzed and evaluated. Results The cured rate and the improved rate of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion TTCM retention enema in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease has good effect, which is worthy of further clinical promotion and application.
