带状疱疹并发臂丛神经损伤1例报道

Report on One Case of Herpes Zoster complicated with Brachial Plexus Injury

带状疱疹引起的臂丛神经痛较为多见,但导致臂丛神经损伤以致运动障碍少见。本文报告1例男性患者,82岁,因"右上肢起疱疹伴麻木、疼痛、活动不利24天"住院诊治经过及对该病的诊治体会及思考。老年带状疱疹患者免疫力低下,特别要防范肿瘤的可能性。带状疱疹病毒感染的患者,其疼痛应引起重视,特别是要关注是否有功能障碍,及早进行有效治疗。

Herpes zoster commonly induces brachial plexus neuralgia, but seldom causes motor impairment due to brachial plexus injury.A male, 82 years old, was admitted due to ＂ herpes on the right upper limb, complicated with numbness, pain and motor impairment＂.The progress of the diagnosis and treatment of this case as well as the experiences and thinking on the case were reported in the paper.Considering the aged people with herpes zoster were lower in immunity, the tumor should be prevented specifically. Additionally, the attention should be paid to pain induced by herpes viral infection. Moreover, whether impairment motor was involved or not, it should be concerned especially, and the effective treatment should be followed timely.
