2011—2013年我国中医药科学研究现状分析

The Statue Analysis of Scientific Research of Traditional Chinese Medicine from 2011 to 2013

本文用从事科技活动人员情况、在研课题情况、承担政府科研项目经费情况、科技成果情况等指标分析了2011、2012、2013年我国中医药科学研究现状,认为中医药科学研究的主体呈现多元化并以省属机构的人员最多、类型呈现多样化且理论研究与应用研究并举、经费达到一定规模并且呈现稳定状态、成果呈现多样化并以论文和著作为主。同时指出,中医药的科学研究要重视科学研究在中医药事业发展中的作用、要把促进中医药科技成果转化作为中医药科学研究的重点、要不断拓宽中医药科学研究的渠道。

In this paper, authors used indicators like headcount in scientific profession, the researching projects, the budget of govern-ment-backed programs and technological achievements to analyze the scientific research of traditional Chinese medicine from 2011 to2013, and believed that the pluralistic situation appears in the scientific research subject of traditional Chinese medicine, mainly showed the staff of provincial organization at most, both theoretical and practical researches, funds with a certain scale and steady state, and achievements were mainly in papers and works. At the same time, authors pointed out that scientific research of traditional Chinese medicine should pay more attention to the effect of scientific research in the development of Chinese medicine, to promote the transforma-tion of scientific and technological achievements as the focus of the scientific research of traditional Chinese medicine, to broaden the channels of scientific research of traditional Chinese medicine.
