综合治疗颈内动脉颅外段假性动脉瘤一例 被引量：3

摘要 患者女，60岁，因左侧颈部似性动脉瘤术后13d，伤口出血2d入院。患者1年前发现颈部包块，约3cm×3cm，无吞咽困难、呼吸困难，无局部疼痛不适，未做特殊处理。1个月前在当地医院行MRI示左侧咽旁可见类圆形混杂信号灶，考虑为血管瘤；局部穿刺示慢性炎症改变，在当地医院行包块切除术，术中大m血，瘤体行缝扎止血术，为求进一步治疗至我院就诊。
