摘要
探讨微量元素锌、铜、铁、铬、硒与不同类型血脂异常之间的关系。纳入高胆固醇血症组87例,高甘油三酯血症组124例,混合型高脂血症组145例,低高密度脂蛋白血症组29例,健康对照组100例。比较五组临床参数的差异,分析微量元素与甘油三酯、胆固醇等血脂组分的相关性。结果高甘油三酯、胆固醇人群锌、硒和铬显著降低,血清铜显著升高;混合型高脂血症人群缺铬最严重;高胆固醇人群血清铜水平最高;高密度脂蛋白与锌、硒呈明显正相关。锌、铜、铬、硒与脂代谢密切相关。
To investigate the relationship between trace elements zinc, copper, iron, chromium, selenium and different types of dyslipidemia. All cases were divided into five groups: hypereholesterolemia group (87 eases), hyper-triglyceride group (124 cases), mixed hyperlipidemia group (145 cases), low high-density lipoprotein group (29 cases) and normal control group (100 cases). Clinical parameters in these five groups were compared. The correlation between trace elements and triglyceride, cholesterol and other lipid components was analysed. Zinc, selenium and chromium significantly reduced and copper increased in hyper-triglyceride group or hypercholesterolemia group; Chromium seriously decreased in mixed hyperlipidemia group; Serum copper seriously increased in hypercholesterolemia group; HDL-C have positive correlation significantly with zinc and selenium. Zinc, copper, chromium, selenium is closely related to lipid metabolism.
