住院医师和专业学位结合培养项目效果调查及分析

Investigation and Analysis on the Effect of the Project of Clinical Post-graduate Students Combined with the Standardized Training of Residents

为了解目前"临住"项目学生培养中科研和临床训练的情况,找出培训中存在的问题,本文通过对上海第九人民医院在院30名"临住"学生以及43名带教老师进行问卷调查,了解"临住"项目现状、临床和科研能力训练的时间、内容和效果。结果显示绝大多数学生和老师认为该项目对培养以临床工作为主的住院医师很可行,但培养中科研训练的内容及时间严重不足,并不能显著提高科研能力。因此,为了同时提高该项目学生临床及科研能力,培养"既有可靠的临床基本技能,又有临床科研创新能力"的医生,安排合理的科研训练时间及内容是有必要的。

To analyze whether there are unequal distribution of scientific research and clinical training in the project of clinical post-graduate students combined with the standardized training of residents in Shanghai, we invited 30 trainees and 43 teachers of Shanghai Ninth People＇s Hospital to fill the survey questionnaire with several sections about the project including the status quo, the training of scientific research ability, the training of core skills of the trainees. The results of survey showed that most of the students and teachers considered this project was necessary to help trainees obtain primary clinical abilities, however, the serious lack of scientific research training did not significantly improve the scientific research ability. In order to make the doctors not only have reliable basic clinical skills but also have the scientific research innovation ability, it is necessary to strengthen the scientific research course and training in this new and promising project.
