摘要
为实现柴油机使用过程中油耗少、污染小这一目标,提出一种高效节能减排方法,从机前柴油磁化处理、机内润滑油改善以及机后尾气处理3个方面对柴油机的工作过程进行改善处理。通过搭建具有测量油耗以及尾气分析等功能的柴油机实验台架,探究所采用的技术对柴油机节能减排的作用效果。研究表明,采用可控磁强磁化器对燃油进行磁化处理后,在中等负载的情况下对降低油耗的作用更明显,也能减少烟雾的排放;性能优良的润滑油能有效减少摩擦因数,降低柴油机油耗;采用固体颗粒净化器能减少尾气中的固体颗粒物的排放,达到减排的目的。
In order to reduce the fuel consumption and pollution of diesel engines, an efficient method of energy saving and emission reducing was presented.The working process of the diesel engines was improved through three ways, including magnetization process of diesel fuel before using,lubricating oil improving and exhaust gas treatment.By setting up a diesel engine test bench with the functions of fuel consumption measuring and exhaust gas analysis, the effect of these technologies used on the energy saving and emission reducing of diesel engines was explored.The results show that after magnetization of the fuel by using controllable magnetizer, under condition of medium load, the effect of less fuel consumption is more obvious, and the emission of smog is also reduced. Lubrication oil with excellent performance can effectively decrease friction coefficient and reduce fuel consumption of diesel engine. Reducing exhaust emissions with solid particles can be realized by using solid particle purifier, so the purpose of emission reducing is achieved.
