摘要 为了实现SD16型推土机变速箱运行状态的快速诊断,利用激光粒度分析方法对变速箱润滑油中的磨粒数量和尺寸进行监测,得到不同时刻润滑油中磨粒的粒径分布,并依此判断变速箱的工作状态;研究油液中最大和最小磨粒的增长规律,以判断设备异常磨损时刻,并实现对设备进行及时维修保养。结果表明,激光粒度分析法能够快速有效地监测出油液中磨粒的粒径分布,并可为判断推土机变速箱运行状态提供依据,从而有效预防设备故障发生。 In order to realize the operating state diagnosis of gearbox in the SD16 style bulldozer rapidly, the laser particle size analysis method was used to monitor the number and size of abrasive particles in the gearbox oils.The particle size distribution of the abrasive particles in the oils at different time was obtained, and the working status of the gearbox was judged based on the test data.The growth laws of the maximum and minimum abrasive particles in the oils were studied to judge the abnormal wear time of device and achieve timely repair and maintenance of equipment.The results show that the laser particle size analysis method can monitor the particle size distribution of abrasive particles in the oils quickly and efficiently ,which provides basis for judging the running state of the bulldozer's gearbox and preventing equipment failure effectively.
