摘要 针对传统的迷宫密封作为气膜密封装置的轴端密封存在的问题,设计一种新型组合轴端密封结构。该组合轴端密封采用特殊结构产生泵送效果,实现了流体动压反输径向密封。采用该新型组合轴端密封的气膜密封,集径向、轴向2种流体动压反输性能于一体,在提高密封性能的同时,减少磨损,延长了密封装置寿命。采用Ansys软件建立组合轴端密封的三维流体模型并进行数值模拟,结果表明,组合轴端密封采用的特殊结构使流体随螺纹旋转产生横向推力,流体通过组合轴端密封结构后压力增大,产生了泵送效果,实现了径向密封。 Aimed at the problems existed in the traditional gas film seal devices with labyrinth seal as the shaft end seal ,a new sealing structure of combined shaft end seal was designed.For this combined shaft end seal,the pumping effect was produced by using a special structure, and the axial sealing of fluid reverse pumping was realized.The gas film seal using this new type of combined shaft end seal, with the functions of fluid reversal dynamic pressure pumping in axial and radial direction,has high sealing performance, lower wear and long sealing device life. The ANSYS software was used to establish three dimensional flow model of combined shaft end sealing and to carry out numerical simulation. The results show the special structure of the combined shaft end sealing generates horizontal thrust for the fluid rotating along the screw thread.Fluid pressure is increased after passing through the combined shaft end sealing structure ,and a pumping effect is produced to achieve the radial seal.
