摘要
针对目前稀油站设计与计算需要大量查表、过程繁琐、效率较低等问题,以XYZ型稀油站为例,开发一种基于Visual Basic平台的稀油站设计系统,实现通过计算机系统进行重要参数的计算和主要元件的选型等工作。该系统主要包括稀油站重要参数如过滤装置过滤面积和压力降、冷却装置散热面积和压力降、管路系统压力降等的计算和主要元件如泵及电机、过滤装置、冷却器等的选型,还包括数据库管理和稀油站重要参数汇总等。该稀油站设计系统为发展定制化润滑系统提供了方法。
By taking the XYZ type of thin oil station as an example, aimed at the current situation of thin oil station of design and calculation problems of relying mainly on a lot of looking up table, process tedious, and lower efficiency, a type of thin oil station of design system was developed based on the Visual Basic platform, which could realize the calculation of important parameters and the selection of the principle components by the computer system.The system mainly includeds the calculation of important parameters of the thin oil station, such as filtering area and pressure drop of the filer, thermal dissipation area and pressure drop of cooling device, pressure drop of pipe system, and the selection of main components, such as pump and motor, filter and cooler, as well as the database management and general summary of main parameters of thin oil station.The design system of thin oil station provides the methods for the development of the customized lubrication system.
