摘要
以10号航空液压油为例,对航空液压油进行综合性能模糊评价。研究航空液压油3项重要指标——总酸值、水分含量和抗氧剂含量对液压油综合性能的影响,通过跟踪检测和相关性分析,研究各指标变化原因及趋势,分析3项指标之间的相关性。计算各指标的权重并确定隶属函数,利用模糊推理的方法建立评价模型,对油液性能进行综合评估,并通过实验数据验证评价模型的可行性。结果表明:总酸值、水分含量和抗氧剂含量3项之间具有一定的相关性,可以通过检测其中某项指标间接推测其他指标的变化;建立的评价模型的评价结果与工程实际相符,为液压油的检测分析和更换提供依据。
The comprehensive performance of the aviation hydraulic oil was evaluated with the aviation hydraulic oil No. 10 as an example.The effect of the three important indexes,the total acid, moisture and antioxidant content on the overall performance of aviation hydraulic oil was studied.By tracking detection and correlation analysis ,the reason and trend of the indicators change of the aviation hydraulic oil was investigated, and the correlation between the three indicators was analyzed.The weight of each indicator was calculated and the membership functions were determined.An evaluation model was established by fuzzy reasoning method, and was used to evaluate the comprehensive performance of the aviation hydraulic oil.The feasibility of this evaluation model was validated by experimental data.The results show that the total acid value, moisture content and antioxidant content have a certain correlation.By detecting some indicators, the change of other indicators can be speculated indirectly.The evaluation result of this model is consistent with that of engineering practice, it provides the basis for the test analysis and replacement of hydraulic oil.
