医学检验专业本科毕业生就业现状分析——以昆明医科大学为例

Employment situation analysis on medical laboratory specialty undergraduates——Take Kunming Medical University as an example

大学生就业难是我国当前面临的主要社会问题。对毕业生就业信息进行统计分析,并有针对性地开展就业指导工作,是解决毕业生就业难题的有效方法。对昆明医科大学2009-2014届检验专业本科毕业生的就业信息进行了统计汇总,分析了解毕业生在就业过程中存在的主要问题和造成的原因,并针对这些问题提出促进学生就业的对策和建议。

At present, the difficulty of undergraduates employment has become a major social problem in our country. Based on the statistical analysis of graduate employment information to carry out targeted employment guidance is an effective way to solve this problem. In this paper, the employment data of medical laboratory specialty undelgraduates of Kunming Medical University from 2009 to 2014 are collected and counted, and the main problems causing undergraduates hard to find a job are analyzed. Based on the research to solve these problems, the measures and suggestions are given to promote job growth of medical laboratory specialty undergraduates.
