事业单位改进绩效考核方法的思考

摘要 近年来,大多数事业单位普遍引入了绩效管理和绩效考核机制,从而较好地调动了人员的积极性,推动了各项工作的顺利进行。但目前绩效管理和绩效考核仍处于探索阶段,其缺陷和不足之处仍需不断改进。文章对事业单位推行绩效考核的积极作用和有待改进的问题进行了剖析,提出了一些改进意见。 In recent years,most institutions generally introduces performance management and performance evaluation mechanism,so as to better mobilize the enthusiasm of the staff,promote the smooth progress of the work. But the current performance management and performance evaluation is still in the exploratory stage,its defects and deficiencies still have to continue to improve. Articles of institutions to implement the positive role of performance appraisal and the improvement of question has carried on the earnest analysis,has certain reference value to put forward some improvement opinions.
