摘要
管理学作为一门专业基础课,对后续管理类课程的学习具有很强的指导性和引领性作用。而长期以来管理学的教学存在突出理论忽视实践、实验、科研教学等问题,导致教学效果不能实现预期,学生在后续课程学习中无法应用已学的管理理论知识和管理方法,应用能力得不到提升。为此,文章在阐明"四位一体"实质的基础上,重点探索管理学课程标准的设计,实现理论教学与实验教学对接,实验教学与实践教学有机统一,教学模式、方法与手段和科研教学融合,过程性考核量化等。旨在探索"四位一体"教学在管理学课堂教学中的作用:提升学生的专业实践能力和创新能力,达到理论、实践、实验,科研的"四位一体"相结合。
As one of the fundamental courses,management is conductive and dominative for continuing of other successive management courses. However,theories were much emphasized in teaching process,while practice,experiment,and scientific study were neglected for long time. Consequently,teaching affect fell inefficient and students could not apply the knowledge of management in successive courses and in practical use. For solving these problems,the article illustrated the essence of"quaternity",and probed on the design of curriculum criteria including connection of theory and practice,unity of experimental teaching and practical teaching,integration of teaching mode,teaching method and science study,as well as processing assessment. The functions of "quaternity"in management course was explored for promoting the practical ability and creativity of students,finally the goal of quternity achieved in combination of theory,practice,experiment and science study.
