Practice of Prevention of Medical Disputes in Department of Geriatrics

本文阐述老年学科提高医疗质量、减少医疗纠纷的做法有:培养全科医师素质、吃苦耐劳和奉献精神;配齐医院和科室诊疗抢救设备;强化核心医疗制度,诊疗活动有章可循;加强医患沟通、医患共同决策;多学科联合会诊,制订最佳诊疗方案;加强医务人员感控习惯的培养、床单位消毒,缩短患者住院时间,全面提高医疗质量。

The authors proposed that medical disputes could be reduced by improving the qualities of gen- era] practitioners to be more dedicated, hard -working and willing to give, keeping the hospital and departments fully - equipped, strengthening the core medical system and making treatment in rules, strengthening doctor - pa- tient communication and decision, introducing more joint multidisciplinary consultation, training the medical staff for better infection control, and shortening the length of hospitalization.
