摘要
本文针对部队医院在新形势下军人门诊的特点,以官兵患者为中心,结合本院工作实际,依托信息化平台,不断探索新的服务保障模式和方法,从优化诊疗环境、改善服务流程和提高服务质量等多方面着手,最大限度地满足官兵患者对健康保障的需要。
The authors explored the new service mode and methods of outpatient service in military hospi- tal, including optimizing diagnosis and treatment environment, perfecting service process and improving service quality, to meet the health needs of the military patient.
