摘要
聘用制医务人员管理的有效模式,是军队医院管理需要研究的一个新课题。分析军队医院聘用制医务人员的管理现状,找出现有管理存在的问题和缺陷,为军队医院人力资源的管理改进提供有益的借鉴。
The effective mode of employed medical personnel management is a new research subject in military hospital management. Current situation of employed medical personnel management was analyzed to find out the problems and deficiencies, thereby to provide a useful reference for improvement of human resources man- agement in military hospitals.
