目的探讨小型军队医院临床药师培养工作方法。方法通过回顾本院临床药师培养经历,阐述小型医院临床药师应该做好的药学服务工作。结果小型医院临床药师在开展药物咨询、参与临床治疗、促进合理用药等方面发挥很好的作用。结论临床药师应紧密联系医院医疗工作实际,开展临床药学服务,促进军队小型医院临床用药安全、有效、经济、合理。

Objective To explore the cultivation method of clinical pharmacists in small - scale military hospital. Methods The cultivation experience of clinical pharmacists in the authors＇ hospital was systematically reviewed. Results Clinical pharmacists in small - scale hospital play an active role in the development of drug consultation, participation in clinical treatment, and promoting rational drug use. Conclusion Clinical pharmacists should provide the pharmaceutical care closely linked to the actual hospital medical work, to promote the safe, effective, economic and reasonable clinical medication in small -scale military hospitals.
