摘要
目的探讨金仙胶囊的最佳提取工艺。方法利用正交实验的方法,考察溶剂浓度、溶剂量、提取时间、提取次数对抗肿瘤中药金仙胶囊中人参皂苷Rb1提取效果的影响。结果抗肿瘤中药金仙胶囊中人参皂苷Rb1提取最挂工艺为:取处方药材,8倍于药材量的70%乙醇,提取3次,每次1.5 h。结论用该最佳工艺,最终人参皂苷Rb1提取转移率平均可达到90.64%。
Objective To explore best extraction process of Jinxian capsule. Method To study the influence of solvent strength, sol-vent quantity, extraction time and times of extraction on ginseng saponin Rb1 in anti-tumor medicine Jinxian capsule. Result The bestextraction process of ginseng saponin Rb1 in anti-tumor medicine Jinxian capsule： prescription materials, 8 times of 70% ethanol, ex-tract three times, each time lasting 1.5 h. Conclusion The extraction rate of ginseng saponin Rb1 can reach 90.64% through this extrac-tion process.
