现代学徒制与构建我国现代职业教育体系的关系研究

Research on Relationship between Modern Apprenticeship and Establishment of China's Modern Vocational Education System

通过分析研究国际上现代学徒制的特点及我国现代职业教育体系建设目标,系统分析并提出实施现代学徒制是架设企业和学校双主体育人的桥梁、是构建我国现代职业教育体系创新人才培养模式的重要一环、是实现我国现代职业教育体系人才培养质量目标的重要途径、是完善我国现代职业教育体系制度建设的重要内容、是推进职业院校内涵建设的重要平台。同时阐述了我国实施现代学徒制的必要性、可行性和目前存在的主要问题,并针对问题提出了具有较高可操作性的解决办法和策略。

Through systematic analysis and research on the characteristics of international modern apprenticeship and the construction goal of China^s modern vocational education system, this paper puts forward that, for China＇s vocational education system, the implementation of modern apprenticeship is a bridge between enterprises and schools, an important link of establishing innovative talent cultivation pattern, an important way of achieving the quality goal of talent cultivation, important content of insti- tutional improvement, and an important platform of promoting connotation construction of higher voca- tional schools. This paper also elaborates the necessity, feasibility and current major problems of imple- menting modern apprenticeship in China, and puts forward some practical suggestions and countermeas- ures against specific problems.
