新型数码喷墨活性染料中间体实验探究

摘要 数码喷墨印花喷印过程无染化料浪费、无废液、无废水、耗能低的优点受到人们的青睐,为了满足数码喷墨活性染料的技术要求,必须改进用于数码喷墨活性染料中间体的性质。本研究通过实验探索合成新的磺化间位酯的方法。实验结果表明:在探究的三种合成方法中间硝基苯亚磺酸法合成目的产品的收率较高,但需要控制磺化终点以及废水的处理;间位酯与氯磺酸磺化异构化法的流程较短,但产品的收率较低;间位酯与发烟硫酸磺化异构化法由于转位反应很难发生,不能用于目的产品的合成。 spray printing process in digital ink-jet is welcomed by people as it doesn't waste any dyestuff, produces no waste liquid or waste water, and consumes fewer energy. To meet the technical requirements on digital ink-jet reactive dye, property of dye intermediate must be changed. The paper tries to find a new way to compose sulfonate meta- ester through experiment. Results show that: among the three composition methods, nitrobenzene and sulfonic acid method can generate large amount of tar- get products, but sulfonated end must be well- controlled and waste water must be treated; sulfonate i- somerization of meta - ester and chlorosulfonic acid requires fewer steps but can generate small amount of products; sulfonate isomerization of meta- ester and fuming sulphuric acid cannot be used to produce target product as transposition reaction is hard to occur.
